The Brass Monkey Band formed out of years of family and friendship and one condenser microphone conveniently being placed in the middle of a basement one night in 2010. Since then, every show has expanded in sound and the group has expanded in musicians. Big White Moon, released in December 2011, is The Brass Monkey Band's debut EP.
